The Department of Defence Administration (DDA) is the hub around which most personnel and administrative matters in the Defence Headquarters revolves. It deals with the administration, welfare, discipline, employment and development of all human resources in DHQ. The mission of the Department is to coordinate and harmonize the administrative and personnel policies of the 3 Services. It is headed by the Chief of Defence Administration.
