The Directorate of procurement (D Proc) is to handle all matters of procurement for the Armed Forces of Nigeria.

The Directorate constitutes a Tenders’ Board having the CDS as the Chairman; it is to constitute a secretariat for Procurement Planning Committee for DHQ.

It is headed by the Director of Procurement (D Proc).
